WV EMS Tools

Protocol reference & patient care documentation

v04

๐Ÿ“ฑ How This App Works

Load it once, use it anywhere. After you sign in and open the site on a connected network, everything is saved to your device. You can then use both tools in the field with no cell service or Wi-Fi required.

Add it to your home screen. This works like a real app when installed. On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and select Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the browser menu and select Add to Home Screen or Install App. It opens full screen with no browser bar.

Your data stays on your device. Patient care reports and your profile are stored in your phone or tablet's browser storage โ€” not on any server. This means:

  • No one else can see your reports
  • Data is not backed up automatically
  • Clearing your browser cache or storage will delete saved reports and your profile
  • Export your PCR records regularly if you need to keep them

Signing in requires internet. The login screen needs a connection to verify your Google account. Once you're signed in and the app is loaded, you don't need internet again until your session expires (7 days).
